Gwyneth Paltrow was in Hong Kong hosting the Landmark dinner party for Hong Kong Land. Beautiful setting and exquisite dinner menu designed and cooked by the Michelin Star chef Umberto Bombana of 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo, Richard Ekkebus of Amber, and Wong Sifu of the Square.
